Hello France est une entreprise française qui conçoit et fabrique des équipements de cuisine professionnels. Elle est à la recherche d’un nouveau type de moteur pour les nouveaux restaurants gastronomiques.
Les moteurs actuels sont généralement trop bruyants et encombrants. Ils ne sont pas adaptés aux cuisines modernes, qui sont souvent petites et ouvertes.
Hello France souhaite développer un moteur plus silencieux et plus compact. Il devrait également être plus efficace, afin de réduire la consommation d’énergie.
Le nouveau moteur devrait être compatible avec une large gamme d’équipements de cuisine, notamment les tables de cuisson, les fours et les réfrigérateurs. Il devrait également être facile à installer et à entretenir.
Hello France a lancé un appel d’offres pour la conception et la fabrication de ce nouveau moteur. Elle a reçu plusieurs propositions, et elle devrait sélectionner un gagnant dans les prochains mois.
Voici quelques-unes des caractéristiques que Hello France recherche dans un nouveau moteur pour les nouveaux restaurants gastronomiques :
- Silence : le moteur doit être suffisamment silencieux pour ne pas gêner les clients et le personnel.
- Compacité : le moteur doit être suffisamment compact pour pouvoir être installé dans une cuisine moderne.
- Efficacité énergétique : le moteur doit être suffisamment efficace pour réduire la consommation d’énergie.
- Polyvalence : le moteur doit être compatible avec une large gamme d’équipements de cuisine.
- Facilité d’installation et d’entretien : le moteur doit être facile à installer et à entretenir.
La mise en place d’un nouveau moteur dans les nouveaux restaurants gastronomiques aurait plusieurs avantages. Il permettrait de réduire le bruit et l’encombrement, ce qui améliorerait le confort et l’efficacité des cuisines.
